Company Culture Analysis and Talent Persona Creation

The first step in our recruitment process is to thoroughly analyze your company's culture and values. Technical Interview

We utilize a technical test platform for comprehensive technical skills tests tailored to specific job roles and prepared by our team leaders or Senior Software Developers. These tests provide us with in-depth insights into candidates' technical abilities, and our live monitoring feature ensures the integrity of the test-taking process.

Team Meeting

During our team meeting process, we engage one or two senior professionals or team leads to review technical assessments and gain insights into candidates' technical backgrounds, ensuring a well-rounded evaluation and a strong understanding of their expertise.

Final Report

After assessing the candidate through various stages of our recruitment process, including cultural and behavioral interviews, technical skills tests, and consultation with our technical experts, we prepare a comprehensive report for the client. This report includes the candidate's expectations, skills, frustrations, and insights regarding their compatibility with the client's company culture and requirements.

Upon receiving the report, partners can ask us to extend a job offer directly to the candidate or take over the hiring process from that point forward. This flexibility allows our partners to maintain control over their recruitment process while benefiting from our expertise in attracting and evaluating top tech talent.
