Team Meeting

Final Report
After assessing the candidate through various stages of our recruitment process, including cultural and behavioral interviews, technical skills tests, and consultation with our technical experts, we prepare a comprehensive report for the client. This report includes the candidate's expectations, skills, frustrations, and insights regarding their compatibility with the client's company culture and requirements.
Upon receiving the report, partners can ask us to extend a job offer directly to the candidate or take over the hiring process from that point forward.
